LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT

In the framework of the project "Support to the implementation of the National Training Strategy in the Local Government - LOGINTS", the Association of Municipalities of Montenegro has organized a three-day training on 12th, 13th and 14th of March in Danilovgrad. The central theme of the training was "LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT", and on behalf of the Municipality of Kotor training was attended by Ms Anka Perović, Advisor of the General Administration. The main speaker at the event was Mr John Jackson, an international expert in the field of human resource management. During the educational training new ways of managing and leadership were presented and participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences in this field. The aim of this meeting was the application of acquired knowledge and strengthening human capacity in the municipalities of Montenegro.
