NOTICE FOR OBLIGATORS OF FEES FOR THE ECONOMIC USE OF CULTURAL PROPERTY FOR VEHICLES USED FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS IN ROAD TRAFFIC FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES

We inform you that the Municipality of Kotor has adopted the Regulation on the procedure for collecting fees for the economic exploitation of cultural goods for vehicles engaged in passenger transport in road traffic for commercial purposes, no. 01-018/25-14293 dated July 18th, 2025, which will come into effect on August 1st, 2025.

In this regard, the disembarkation and embarkation of passengers will only be possible if the fee has been paid in advance through the application published on the Municipality of Kotor's website, which will be available on July 28th, 2025.

Time slot reservations will begin from August 1st, 2025.
