On the occasion of the November 21st, the Day of the Municipality of Kotor, I am sending you the warmest greetings, and sincerely congratulation to all our citizens who celebrate Archangel and Our Lady of Good Health Day. This day symbolizes tradition of good international relations, after which Kotor is traditionally recognized.
