NOTICE FOR TAXPAYERS

The Secretariat for Local Revenues, Budget and Finances of the Municipality of Kotor is issuing a public invitation and reminds taxpayers who keep books, that they are in accordance with Art. 14 paragraph 2 of the Law on Real Estate Tax, the registration of real estate tax for 2018 is due to be submitted to this tax authority no later than March 31, 2018. With the application, it is necessary for taxpayers to submit balance sheet for 2017 and an analytical card of fixed assets, prepared in accordance with the law governing accounting.
