CRISIS STAFF FOR WATER SUPPLY OF GRBALJ AND KRIVOSIJA ESTABLISHED FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD

In order to eliminate the consequences caused by drought in the Kotor municipality, a Crisis Staff was established for the water supply of Grbelj, Krivošija in the summer period, all based on Article 42, regarding Article 84 of the Protection and Rescue Act and Article 53 of the Statute of the Municipality of Kotor.

The Crisis Staff is composed of the representatives of the Municipality, Water Supply and Local Communities, and consists of President Milivoje Mišo Samardžić and the following members: Velimir Dragić-technical director doo "Vodovod i kanalizacija Kotor" and the Presidents of the Council of the MZ Slavica Strahinja, Rade Popović, Marko Parapid, Milivoje Petovic and Ivan Samardzic.

- On the first staff meeting, it was unanimously decided that  the water supply will start on June 20, 2017 (due to the long draught period), according to the priorities that will be provided by the Presidents of the Ministry of Water.
-For the requirements of citizens who stay in these areas on a temporary basis and on weekends, there will be normally certain quantities and deliveries, all according to the list of local communities.
-The work responsabilities for the area of Grblja belong to doo "Vodovod i kanalizacija Kotor", with the responsible person Dragic Velimir, technical director, and in the area of Krivošija, the volunteer firefighter "Bogoljub Brezić" from Perast, with the responsible person being Krsto Žmukic, the commander of the Society.

All changes in the water supply regime will be relayed to the residents in a timely manner through the Local Communities and via Radio Kotor.
