OPEN LETTER OF THE MAYORS OF BUDVA, KOLASIN, KOTOR, PLAV AND HERCEG NOVI

As you know, the Government of Montenegro has convened the Parlament on Montenegro on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. with only one item on the agenda - the Bill on Spatial Planning and Construction of Facilities. Because of it, the presidents of the municipalities of Budva, Kolasin, Kotor, Plav and Herceg Novi appeal to deputies of the Parliament of Montenegro to refrain from supporting the adoption of the proposed law.
