Seminar on anti corruption

In the period from 19th to 21st of March this year, in Brussels, has been held a three-day seminar on anti-corruption and conflict of interest at the local level. The organizer of the seminar was TAIEX Local Administration Facility (LAF). The purpose of this event was to introduce anti-corruption policies in EU local and regional authorities from the countries of the Western Balkans and Turkey, as well as to present the best practices of the EU in this area. An important part of the meeting were discussions with experts from EU member states on how to improve the existing system to combat corruption at the local level. The seminar was attended by Ivana Mirošević, Advisor for International Relations, as the representative of the Municipality of Kotor.
