Greeting President of the Municipal Assembly to the citizens on the occasion of the 13th of July - Day of Montenegro

On behalf of the Municipality and my own, I would love to congratulate you the 13th of July - Day of Montenegro. Independence Day is celebrated to commemorate the 13th of july, 1878, when Montenegro is recognized as an independent state at the Congress of Berlin, and the 13th of july, 1941, when the people of Montenegro began an uprising against fascism. Holiday symbolizes the history and tradition of our country, its strength and duration, and the possibility of successful development and comprehensive progress of Montenegro on its path towards European integration. Dear citizens, I want you to spend the holidays in good health surrounded by your family and friends. Wishing that Kotor significantly contribute to the development prospects of Montenegr, owith its traditional and cultural resources and future development, once again I sincerely congratulate you the 13th of july - Independence Day.
